This position is located at the Community Health Services (CHS) of the Winslow Indian Health Care Center (WIHCC), Winslow, Arizona.  WIHCC is a freestanding clinic providing comprehensive health care including health promotion/disease prevention (HP/DP), urgent care, dental, mental health and community health services. Incumbent works under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
